Creuser Mon Corps is an immersive sound creation that plunges straight into the eating disorders of three men. The work recounts the problems and questions they are experiencing and have experienced about their eating habits. It opens the door to various intimate subjects such as the relationship with the body, the relationship with food, the gaze of others and the broader relationship with oneself. A facet specific to eating disorders guides us through the work: the internal, invisible dialogue that is unique to each of us.
This sonic exploration of three life experiences reveals the constant reflections and anxiety that accompany and fuel eating disorders. As the reflections progress, the discomfort and tensions expressed subside, then mutate into appeasement, giving rise to hopes of a cure.
